Sorry to fail to write.

It is a pity that I seem to have no time to write about the life in my school this week, because I will be on duty, soon. I just wrote three passages. Hope that you can help me find the mistakes.

Financial crisis

Hello, everyone. Today I want to tell you something about the financial crisis. As everyone knows, the financial crisis, which spreads all over the world and brings a lot of trouble to many countries in the world, is also called subprime lending crisis. It was started in the USA. Because businessmen wanted to increase the rate of the economy so that they can get more money, they came up with the idea that is to give money to people who didn’t have the ability to return it and persuaded them to buy houses. In this way, they could earn a lot of money. And it is said that a computer programmer in the USA bought more than three houses during that period of time. Of course, they failed to return the money at last. So the prices of the houses began to decrease and then, many banks in the USA said that they couldn’t afford this and they crashed. Finally, the crisis burst out and spread to many countries. It can also be seen from the stocks dropping these days. China is one of the few countries that are influenced just a little by the crisis. For the time being, China has entered several meetings hold for solving the problems, such as the APEC, and the Group of 20. For us middle school students, we can just wait to see what will happen in the future. We are looking forward to seeing that the crisis can go away in a short time. And from this great event there can be some changes in the economic system so that we can suffer less from this and then we will have the time to deal with the environmental problems.

The Election in the USA

As everyone knows, the election in the USA has just come to an end. Obama, as everyone believes, won the election and will come to power on January 20^th, 2009. After giving a wonderful speech in Chicago, Obama began to design the working team. It is believed that Hilary will be the secretary of state. And just then, Obama paid a visit to the White House and met George Bush. They had a deep talk about the situation present these days. Although Obama used him as an opposite example, Bush still gave him a warm welcome. They unfolded a red mat suggested that America would get rid of the financial crisis and have better life. Although they had some different ideas, they all promised that they will try their best to make this period of time smooth and steady. Earlier, Obama had a telephone talk with Chairman Hu Jintao. They all hoped to have a better understand of each other and cooperate in order to make a better relationship between China and America.

Hope that there can be more good news from the White House so that we Chinese can have better time communicating with the Americans.

My favorite star-Allen Su

2007 is the time that I will never forget. During the Super Boy singing contest, a man called Su Xing or Allen Su, attracted my eye balls. The great songs he brought surprised me and what’s more, his seven years learning in the Australia made me focus on him. During the past days listening to his songs and tasting what he writes in his blog help me have a better understanding of the society. The things he wrote is just something simple but very useful. Recently a piece of good news again shocked me. As he scored 8.5 in the ILETS, more and more English newspapers have articles about him. They reported not only about his songs and his recent activities, but also something about his experiences that could inspire people to learn English. Some even reported that his achievements became the cloze test and the reading comprehending in some exams. His great influence in education field can also be proved that two of his fans got the first prize in the National Entrance Examination to Universities. He was also invited to a meeting hold in Beijing about the ILETS test.

I am also a fan of Allen, and I am influenced by him. I hope that I can go abroad some day. So I should try my best to learn English better and pass some exams. It is true that Allen is not only great in singing, but also great in learning. He said that we should just do the best of our own part and leave the rest to the fate, which help me to learn the way to do things better. I am sure that being effected by him can make me study better.
